Rowan ‘Rogue’ Picard is a rock musician from Kingston, Ontario. A singer/songwriter and lead guitarist, her authentic voice creates a unique blend of alternative rock, pop and punk.
With a mix of optimism and angst, she connects with others by sharing pieces of her own inner world. Her aesthetic is dark and fiery, yet sassy and sweet. Her songs are both accessible and complex, making her a relatable musical conduit for the independent attitude of the new generation.

Current Projects
Rowan ‘Rogue’ Picard is the singer and lead guitarist in both the alt-rock band and the all-female pop-rock band . She has performed with her bands at venues and festivals in Ontario and Quebec including The Horseshoe Tavern, The Broom Factory, The Mansion, Voodoo Rockfest, Montreal Pop Festival and Eastern Ontario Women's Art Festival.
Rowan is currently recording with Juno award-winner and founding member of Glass Tiger, Michael Hanson in anticipation of the release of an EP in early 2025.
